must hold it in place to keep it where you want it, otherwise works great.

This is a nicely made massager, but for me it just didn't feel great. I think my neck is too wide, and so it almost hurt. I was anticipating the next squeeze and so just couldn't get into it. The 2 feet looking things that do your back were really good though and they feel almost human.

My wife on the other hand thinks its absolutely amazing, and so i guess it depends on your neck size.

Its a shame it does not have a width selector as it would be so much better.

This machines is so surprisingly life-like! It feels like actual hands are working their way around your neck!

I will say, it’s a little intense and we are still trying to figure out the settings and play with our comfort level. We started the machine up and I didn’t know how to adjust the intensity so it almost felt like pinching at first but once we got the right angle and setting it was dreamy! Very excited to figure out the different settings on this
